Recurrence microstates can be used to analyze many properties of stationary states of stochastic and deterministic time series, including the level of correlation of stochastic signals. Here, we show how artificially inserted data (data that does not belong to a original stationary signal) may be detected using recurrence microstates statistics. We show that the method is sensitive enough to detect the breaking of the stationary signal even when the corrupted inserted data span into the same domain of the original data. Examples of our analyses are applied to two numerically generated time series of dynamical systems, namely the logistic map, and the Lorenz equations. Finally to show results applied to experimental time series, we analyze a digital audio signal of a human speech.

The disorderly growth of urban centers in small, medium and large cities across the country points to the need for basic structures for an adequate urban management, which provides support for the organization of the land registry and standardization of projects. To this end, a Municipal Cadastral Reference Network, combined with an efficient technology of data accessibility, provides a standardized structure suitable for the development of the Multipurpose Territorial Registry in the municipalities. To the development of the project, was adopted as the study region the municipality of Pontal do Paraná - PR, located in the coastal region of the coast of Paraná, in an area previously belonging to the municipality of Paranaguá - PR, granted by the State Government, emancipated at the date of 1,995, thus being recognized as a municipality. Considering these parameters, the present work addresses the implementation of a Cadastral Reference Network with the calculation of the Local Topographic Plan and the availability of data in a mobile application, developed for the management of geodetic networks. Concrete landmarks were implanted along the coastal strip of the municipality, the coordinates were determined and the data was made available on the REDEGEO application platform, developed specifically for making geodetic network data available online and offline.

O crescimento desordenado de núcleos urbanos de pequenas, médias e grandes cidades aponta a necessidade de estruturas básicas para uma gestão urbanística adequada, que forneça apoio a organização do cadastro territorial e padronização de projetos. Para tanto, uma Rede de Referência Cadastral Municipal (RRCM), aliada a uma tecnologia eficiente de acessibilidade de dados, fornece estrutura padronizada adequada para o desenvolvimento do Cadastro Territorial Multifinalitário nos municípios. Adotou-se como região de estudo para o desenvolvimento desse trabalho o município de Pontal do Paraná - PR, situado na região costeira do litoral paranaense. O presente trabalho aborda a implantação de uma Rede de Referência Cadastral com o cálculo do Plano Topográfico Local e a disponibilização de dados em aplicativo móvel, desenvolvido para o gerenciamento de redes geodésicas. Portanto, ao longo da faixa litorânea do município de Pontal do Paraná foram implantados marcos de referência geodésicos, sendo determinadas as coordenadas e disponibilizados os dados na plataforma do aplicativo REDEGEO, desenvolvido especificamente para disponibilização de dados de redes geodésicas online e off-line.
